Career Practioners in K-12, higer education, workforce development, and private practice can enhance their skills and increase their knowledge by taking the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Program with Certified Trainer, Dr. Lakeisha Mathews.

 

FCD is a competency-based progream for career practioners that assist students and clients with career planning and obtaining employment.  Successful completers of the FCD program are eligible to apply for industry-recognized credentials including the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) or Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).

 

Participants who complete the program may be eligible for a FREE 1-year membership to the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Modules include:

The Workplace Excellence Progream (WPE) is designed help career practioners preapre their clients for the world of work. Based on ten-modules the WPE curriculum was designed with employers in mind and focuses on the career readiness skills students and clients need to find a job. 

 

Developed by the Anne Arundel Workforce Corporation & WorkNet Solutions, the WPE program will enhance your ability to provide employability skills training while also equipping you with brain-based training methods to keep your clients engaged. Modules include:
