About Me

Dr. Lakeisha Mathews is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) and has been trained in the Federal Job Search process including Federal resume writing. She is the owner and primary coach for Right Resumes & Career Coaching LLC.  With over fifteen years of experience in the career development industry, Lakeisha enjoys helping job seekers of all experience levels uncover their passions and sharpen their professional image. Dr. Mathews holds a Ed.D in Higher Education Leadership from Wilmington University and served as President of the National Career Development Association in 2022.
